FOOKIN’ GUNS - earthy music of Irish pubs - and a lot of it is enhanced by their love of beer. Their motto: Wild rovers drunk eight fookin' days a week.

They say about themselves: We are a group of six friends and former students of the České Budějovice Conservatory, united by a love of Irish music. Our journey began in 2019, when we just knocked on the door of our neighbor at the boarding school and started playing. We played our first official concert in March 2020 in Písek at the Green Pub u Martina and we have been happily returning there every year since then.

Why Irish music?
Because it is spontaneous, authentic and great to dance to! For us, every concert is a celebration of joy, energy and of course - good music.
